Hello everybody . How's your life ? Hope all in a good conditions (: Well , just two days left for the year 2012 to take over . So , I would like to share some tips with you guys to stay healthy and you can have a fantastic another 365 days . Well , of course this is not my articles . Copy & paste from Jillian Michaels's website . Everybody know her right ? One whole world know who she is . She is the one who changed the people who lives with unhealthy food , surroundings and so on . She is the one who struggle by herself to make the people in this world to live healthier . I adore her . I've watched "Losing It With Jillians" on Diva Channel and I remember this : "We have to change ourselves before we change the community" . So , everybody can change to be a healthier person that you'll never think of it (:

Stay Healthy This Holiday Season

I love the holidays — it’s great to catch up with friends and family, take a break from work, and just relax. What I DON’T love about them is that they give people an excuse to throw away all of the hard work and progress they’ve made this past year. Just because there are more cookies and cocktails around, doesn’t mean you NEED to eat them. Look, I know how hard fighting these temptations can be, so I’ve come up with a few tips and tricks. You CAN survive this season without gaining five pounds, so listen up.

1. Take a hard look at the calendar.
Pick a few days, like a special Hanukkah or Christmas dinner, your company’s work party, or a holiday potluck, to indulge. Oh, and don't even think that “indulge,” means that I'm giving you a pass to go crazy and eat every dessert offered! Just enjoy those few select items that are usually available only around the holidays. Do not, I repeat DO NOT, let this behavior carry into the next day, week, or month. One or two treats on one or two pre-selected days. Got it?

2. Plan ahead.
If you know you have a party at night and won’t have time to work out, wake up early to fit your daily circuits in. If you’re traveling, look into staying at a hotel or resort that has a gym. That way you can easily fit your workout into your vacation routine. If not, bring along a portable DVD player and a few of my latest DVDs! Pack exercise bands or substitute water bottles for free weights.

3. Eat before you go to a party.
Have a healthy meal before ANY holiday party. That way, when you cross paths with an unhealthy hors d’oeuvre or cheese plate — you can easily pass them up because you’ll already be full. Another rule of thumb: don’t hang out by the buffet! The farther away you are from temptation, the better. Grab a fancy glass filled with sparkling water and a lime in your hand so you won't be able to juggle a plate, then spend your time mingling instead.

4. Bring a healthier option.
If you’re asked to bring a dish to an event, cook or bake a HEALTHY recipe. If nothing else, you'll know exactly what's in it and how many calories it contains. At least you'll know that there is one healthy choice for you to enjoy. If you find yourself baking, try substituting non-fat sour cream or yogurt, applesauce, mashed bananas or mashed pumpkin, for butter or margarine. It may sound strange at first, but I have a brownie recipe that uses applesauce, honey, and a touch of olive oil and it's so good! By trying these simple swaps you can literally cut hundred's of calories from your baked goods without feeling deprived. I promise!

5. Don't drink up your calories!
The worst diet offender is alcohol, but since many of you will still toss back a few cocktails, there are a few things you should know. Alcohol is high in calories, and when you add in mixers, juices and other flavors, you are really asking for trouble. Those chocolate martinis and other festive cocktails are packed with hundreds of calories. Even a shot of alcohol is around 80 calories and it's 90 calories for a 4 ounce glass of wine. The other major negative of consuming alcohol, is that it dramatically inhibits your willpower — leading you to eat things you normally wouldn't. It also decreases your ability to metabolize fat by 73 percent. This is because after a few drinks your liver converts most of the alcohol into acetate. The acetate is then released into your bloodstream and takes precedence over the metabolism of protein, carbohydrate, and fat. So if you drink, don't use sugary mixers and drink only clear alcohol, such as vodka or gin, IN MODERATION. Need a healthy option? Order a vodka soda, tequila on the rocks, or a glass of wine.

Stick with these and you’ll be on your way to a healthy 2012!

Semangat gila aku pagi pagi yang teramat buta ni . Fyi , I didn't sleep whole night because I can't sleep . Why ? I don't know c(: Well , during the six hours I didn't sleep , what I'm doing is just search on YouTube what's the new video . I wonder why Rant On Lagu Cinta by MatLuthfi had been private ? Haiya . I like that one aaa . Baru ingat nak tunjuk my sister-in-law . That's okay than . Than , I watch CST Production's video about the weddings and so on . Hey ! Bukan nak menggatal or apa apa okay . Hello Fellas (!)

Seems like I didn't post anything for a long time since after the SPM examination huh ? Aku pun taktahu nak ceita apa sebab takde apa yang menarik yang berlaku dalam hidup aku . Kebosanan yang melanda semakin menimbun . Tinggal lebih kurang seminggu sahaja lagi untuk aku menjejak kaki ke Kem PLKN Akademi Kepimpinan Segari , Manjung , Perak . Aku sendiri tak tahu ape perasaan aku sekarang . I guess I have no feeling right now . I just miss my mama . She's doing umrah right now from last Wednesday until 31st December 2011 with her siblings . My abah are not going because he thought that he will not be able to send me for the PLKN . Lasy minute punya cancel , sekali tengok , sempat je kalau pergi umrah . But he maybe go later with mama .

Well , Christmas is just around the corner , December will come to the end soon , 2011 will close the year that full with memories either sweet or bitter and that's it , 2012 will come . Like the others , I also have my new wishes for this coming year . I don't want to tell you guys . Haha . Don't get angry ^^ I wil tell you one by one all my wishes if they become to reality (:

Next day , Thursday patutnya aku kelluar dengan CikguElly pergi JB tapi tibatiba abah aku cakap tk payah sebab next week nak pergi JB dengan KR's family . So, aku duk melanguk kat bilik , tarik toileteries dengan malasnye and pergi mandi . Roomate aku pun dah ada yang balik . Tibatiba dia text nak jumpa . Aku pun okayy jea lah . Lagipun aku nak amik balik video cam . Dalam pukul 10 pagi kitorang jumpa . Dia balik hari tu jugakk . So , duduk lahh cerita macam macam . Tibatiba tepat pukul 12 , tengah syok cerita nie , ayah dia datang . So , dia punn balik . Sedih . Tapi chill lah (; nanti boleh jumpa lagi kudd (:

Aku pergi side lelaki plak , aku try buka tabung tu slow slow , eh eh ! boleh lah . haha . At last , ade pun cluenya haa tengok tengok :

Pada tanggal 30 Julai 2011 , waktu lebih kurang pukul 3.15 petang , dengan ini saye , Raihana Nadira binti Abdul Razak telah menjadi Mashu (untuk kali ke SEPULUH ) kepada seorang baby yang bernama , Muhammad Haziq Zikri bin Hairul Shahnizam

Waah saye sangat happy Congratulation kepada abang saye , Hairul Shahnizam bin Abdul Razak & sys in law saye , Nazirah binti Harun eii , tak sabarnye nak cuti raye , dah boleh dukung dukung . Sekarang nie tak boleh , kecik lagi , takut nak pegang , dah lah anak orang . Lebih lebih lagi polis pulak tu due due , mampuih aku tak masal masuk lokap agagagaga . FYI , berat Haziq Zikri tu just 1.9 kg RINGAN gilaa kan ? tapi dy sangat sihat . tak payah masuk incubator pun . Good boy Tak sabar esok nak jumpe nephew baru saye nih . nanti makshu nak amik gambar banyakbanyak tau baby

Okay , today I have a seminar at Balai Berita NSTP , Bangsar . Anjuran Berita Harian . Alaa ...mesti you all bace dkat BH tu ade Skor A Skor A tu kan ? That's it lahh It is two days actually and today is the first day . Wake up very early in the morning at 6.30 am . Washwash first , hha ! and then dengan rush nye bersiap because takut lambat sbb orang tu kate before 8 kena ade kat situ sekali sampai around 7.30 am separuh pun tak sampai lagi macam haprak Aku pun tak sempat nak melawa just pakai mane yang sempat dan patut Nak menimba ilmu jea kud dengan orang yang tak dikenali Just ignore it . For today , three subjects I've learned :

Bahasa Melayu by Unknown ( sbb tk introduce himself pun)
Bahasa Inggeris (by Pn. Masitah)
Mathematics by Cikgu Roslan b. Kamaruddin

Okay , rasa macam nak cerita sikit ape yang berlaku . Nothing unexpected happen pun hha Aku rase yang paling macam nak pecah perut sekali time BM lahh kud . Cikgu tu cerita , dy ade pegi kat sekolah around Johor and at this one school , luar bandar lahh , he found one funny karangan . The student's name is Ariffin . We all called him Ipin . Macam dah kenal jea padahal jumpe pun tak . Jumpe kertas jea Ni karangan bahagian B if I'm not mistaken . Dy pilih syarahan . Fuyoh ! Format tu . Tajuk dy punca kemalangan jalan raya . Aku tk hafal sangat karangan dy but aku try eh .. ehem ... :

" Ni lah org melayu kite , dah ade peraturan jalan raye tak nak ikut . Sbb tulah jadinye kemalang jln raye . Aku pun tak tau lahh ape nk jadi dgn orang melayu kite nih ."

FYI , ape yang aku tulis tu lah sebijik / ala ala yang dy tulis kat karangan dy Faham tak ? dy punye spelling , macam tu lah Kalau lahh korang ade tadi confirm tergolek korang gelak . dengan tone cikgu dy lagi . hahaha . Okay , dah . Ntah ntah korang duk gelak kan aku tak phm ape yang cube sampaikan kan ? eheh . Actually bnyk benda yang melawakkan jadi tadi . Conclusionnye , penceramah dy pun gilaa jugak . hahaha

Sweet seventeen now . SPM around the corner . Many things to achieve . Many things to do . Many things to face . Many things blah blah blah ....... I've grown up so fast ! Thankyouu to mama because bwk Dira (for family jea okay:D) yang TAK berat nie ke hulu ke hilir dalam perut tu haha . You've sacrificed many things lahh . ILOVEYOUU :'( I will make you proud one day (:Rase macam baru hari tu darjah dua pergi bawak balik kertas exam , dah lah tak hantar , bawak balik pulak tu . Dah lah bwk balik , pergi bagi alasan bodoh cakap : "Cikgu cakap kalau tak siap boleh bawak balik rumah ." Tak ke bangang namenye tu . I think StandardTwo students are now more smarter than me :D Banyak lahh benda dah berlaku dalam hidup aku ni . Sedih , gembira , ketawa , menamgis , sakit hati , senang hati (rase macam banyak yang same makne jea) nvm .

You know what , rase macam nk meraung raung pun ada because my birthday was just one week after Labour Day's holiday . Kalau aku boleh drag cuti sampai birthday aku , dah lame aku celebrate dengan family aku :( It's okayy lahh kud . Dah lepas pun kann . Third January 2011 , ada re-orientasi as usual lahh kan ? for form two , three and five . tapi this time bukan cikgu handle . kak liza * our counselor :) die panggil orang luar dari mane ntah . banyak jugak lah aktiviti die buat . ade yang enjoy , ade yang ta . ntah . aku layan jea kud . tapi yang tak menahan yang part nangis nangis . bukan nak salah kan dy . tapi dengan aku aku pun rase macam tade effect . hee ~ ade ke dy pakse kitorang nangis . lepas tuh dy ade lahh bagi handout . kat situ ade kene tulis surat untuk parents . pas tu dy panggil rawak , student suruh bace . yang lain kene tutup mata . tapi aku kann tergolong dalam budak agal nakal *erk ? . so, aku malass nak tutup mata . ade sorang kawan aku nie kene bace . hati dy nie keras sikit so tak nangis lahh . boleh pulak dy tanye ' kenape awak tak nangis ?' eiii . sukahati die lahh nak nangis ke ta nak . haisy . kitorang sabar jea lahh dgn dy tuh . tapi senang citer dy boleh dikatakan FAIL lembutkan hati . yelahh , sebab tak semua nangis siap ade gelak lagi . aku , ieka karem , fatin raihanaz , fatin insyirah panggil die MR.CASANOVA . urggh ! aku pun serabut dgn dy . dah . dah . dah lepas dah pun . tak nampak lagi muke die ^^ . after that , all classes running like always :)

21 , 22 & 23 January 2011 , 71 orang cikgu hantar pergi Kem Kepimpinan dekat Tanjung Resang , Mersing jea . hha :D 71 orang tu mixed semua badan kepimpinan ade -> BadanWakilPelajar (BWP) , LembagaDisiplinPelajar (LDP) , BadanAgama&Kerohanian (BADAR) , PembimbingRakanSebaya (PRS) , PusatSumberPembelajaran (PSP) , AhliLembagaKoperasi (ALK) :) termasuklahh aku nie . although kem tu just for three days , tapi best amat ! tiga hari tu kitorang sume jadik hak milik ust. Aziz Labintah . for those study dekat BatuPahat , mesti kenal kakak dy , Ms. Surya Hanim Labintah ♥ . okay , kem ni , dy lebih kepada kepentingan mase . kitorang mati mati ingatkan ade panjat panjat gunung macam kem jati diri last year . ust. Aziz kate kem ni die tak buat lasak lasak sebab nie pasal kepimpinan bukan jati diri . lega na mamp :) tapi yang seksanye time kene denda dalam laut , dy kasi lepas around 7pm . dah lahh basah basah , then , boleh plak dy cakap 'sekarang jam saye pukul 7 , pukul 7.15 semua mesti ade dekat surau siap mandi .' . kitorang sume , dah macam gelabah lahh kan . ade yang bulan tengah mengambang lagi lah kalut . bayangkanlahh group aku first day lagi dah kene rendam dalam laut sebab tak jumpe fasi . bengang giler . dah lahh nak lari pegi laut tu sumpa JAUH . korang ingat aku kuat lari . dah berat deyh . tak larat dah == .tapi yang penting , FOOD dy sedap . kalah ds . huahuahua . duh ry , kate nak achieve 45kg tapi makan tak habis macam mane ? hoho . tape , after cuti nie , kne workhard sikit ea :D *hangathangat tahi betull :D ade banyak lagi aktiviti kitorang buat . cikgu Rina & cikgu Eli ajar buat paperwork , dy kate awak awak semua nie dah ta payah gune surat rasmi surat rasmi lagi dah . kene buat paperwork kalau nak buat something . huhu . best oh . and malam last tuh , cikgu amanah kan kitorang handle program dengan formOne and formFour . 26 Feb nie . gilee . nasib bek ramai ramai . so , tak rase sgat lahh .hehehe . zaim pulak pergi naik kan name aku jadi treasurer for formOne and formFour . TYVM okay nyet . kau sgat memahami aku bile time pasal $_$ . HAHA :D *erk . and tyme LatihanDalamKumpulan 1 (LDK1) , kitorang kene buat lakaran yang menggambarkan diri sendiri tau , aku buat lahh ......$...... sekali tengok , bukan aku sorang yang buat , ade lago due orang , zeno and ifna . then , kitorang kene buat cheer and name group . the result is ;

B A N J I R (!) . the Q is "Ape fungsi cikgu cikgu maktab tatkala para pelajar ditimpa masalah?" . jawab sendiri lahh yer korang korang . the story is , kitorang boleh balik hari Selasa ( 1 Feb ) . tetibe plak semalamnye , hujan lebat turun tak stop dari subuh sampai lahh maghrib . and the news - jalan kota tutup ! , jalan kluang tutup ! segamat banjir teruk ! jalan bnyak tutup ! . tatau lahh ape masalah HEP baru ni . die tetap tak nak bagi kitorang balik awal termasuk lah KGA . yang lagi panas , rupe rupenya , surat amaran dah kluar jumaat kepas . semua sekolah kat mersing dah cuti jumaat . SMS pun dah balik jumaat , kitorang jea yang terkontang kanting lagi kat maktab . aisy ! sumpa panas gilaa ==" sampai ramai na mamp parents kol then , baru bagi balik . agak bangang disitu . naseb bek jalan nak balik kl paling clear . tapi tiket 6 ptg . haih == . kalau rase rugi sangat tinggal kelas , ganti lah balik . bukan susah pun . grr ~ malas da na pk , dah lepas , cuty pun dah nak habis . kejap nye :( tape lahh , kau tu nak SPM . sedar diri sikit . chill :(

okayy . esok aku balik ke maktab tercinta aku . tercinta lahh sangat kann . well , the Senior Year begin and SPM is waiting at the end of this year . don't you think it's very fast . it just like 2007 , time baru mendaftar dekat mrsmBatuPahat . I miss that time . that time , I was just a freshie kud ! and now i am the senior ? peace =) well , hope this year will gonna be smooth . no obstacles will come . amin ~ tomorrow lebih kurang 8.00 am , aku and parents gerak . maybe noon sampai dah lahh kud kan ? kire sendiri .
